Portugalholidays4u.com cannot be held responsible at any time for information that is incorrect or incomplete by third parties.  Portugalholidays4u.com also cannot be held liable for any costs incurred or issues that arise between an owner of a property and a customer staying at or enquiring about a property.

Should any problems arise during a booking it is solely your responsibility to contact any customers and solve the problem. Manual collection

If a user wishes to contact a property owner via the contact form provided by Portugalholidays4u.com a valid email address must be entered by the user, this allows a property owner to reply to an enquiry. The message within this form is then passed to the owner and includes all information entered within the form including the email address used by the user.

A copy of this message is also sent to Portugalholidays4u.com to help aid the property owner and allow us to monitor performance of the website.

What happens to the data you collect?

None personal information such as the information collected automatically (please see above) is stored securely enabling us to forecast and tailor our business as needed. Personal information such as messages entered manually during contacting an owner are held for a maximum of 30 days by Portugalholidays4u.com for internal processing, the information in it’s original (identifiable) form is then removed.

Your application form that is completed and confirmed by you is stored either in a paper or digital form to ensure it is easily accessible internally. We will also retain contact information both for the benefit our customers and also to ensure you are kept up to date with any changes or news that we feel is important to your property or you.

Is my data passed/sold to third parties?

We may decide that your property may benefit from being used, copied, published, translated or distributed in any medium and in any form including for advertising and promotional purposes as stated in our terms of service. In most cases we would make contact prior to a decision to expand your marketing potential. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Can I request to see my data?

How long is my data held for?
