Now completely renovated with a feature 22 sqm sun room boasting beautiful valley views, it offers a very stylish and spacious base in which to explore the Silver Coast and beyond. (Lisbon is under 1 hr away)
Modern comforts abound within the traditional Portuguese design which was built with metre-thick walls out of local stone.
The interior has been gutted and renovated, and you will be relieved to know that the original exterior bathroom and kitchen have now been brought indoors!
Although there were originally 2 bedrooms they were small and now we have knocked them in to 1 to provide a lovely Queen size bedroom, with wardrobe and dressing table.
In addition the large conservatory has a separate small WC and plenty of space for an additional single bed if required.
There is a flat screen TV with the main UK channels, a live flame pellet burner for heating if required, and WiFi.
The main bathroom also has a WC and a walk in custom built shower.
The fully fitted kitchen is very comprehensive with full oven and hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.
With an interior of 67 sqm there is also space for a breakfast bar and dining table and you have your own private terrace for outside dining too.
This overlooks the garden with your own path to the valley.
If you do not feel like making use of the well equipped kitchen, there are several good restaurants within 4km, and Obidos, 7.5km away has numerous choices.

Lisbon is under an hour away, both the magnificent gardens of Buddha Eden and medieval walled city of Obidos are less than 10 minutes away.
World class surfing at Supertubos is a 25 minute drive, and World record breaking huge waves at Nazare are just 45 minutes away.
With Batalha and Alcobaca also easy drives, The Atlantic at Quinta do Bom Vento is the perfect hub for exploring this area.
We designed all of our quintinhas as homes as opposed to rentals and we believe the quality of furnishings, linens and towels reflect that.
Knowing how frustrating it can be renting rural properties and arriving to an empty fridge and cupboards, we provide an extensive starter pack including milk, butter, cold meats, cheese, bread, fruit, tea, coffee, wine and beer along with essentials such as washing up liquid, paper towels, oils and vinegars. etc.
Recognising the ever restrictive luggage allowances on flights we also provide toiletries and beach towels.
